1. Open Photoshop.
2. Have a front view of a skull, human muscle anatomy, and a front view of a persons face like shown below.
3. Open them in Photoshop.
4. Make sure your foreground and background are set to default like show in Figure 1.
5. Drag your Skull picture to the human tab and drop it on the human tab as shown in figure 2. This will create a new layer.
6. Lower the Opacity of your skull to so that you can see the human face and the skull both. Align the skull properly to the face as shown in Figure 3 and 4. It won’t be perfect.
7. Add a layer mask to the skull layer and make the Opacity 100% as shown in figure 5 and 6.
8. Take your brush tool and paint over the skull layer as shown in figure 7.
9. Switch the foreground background so the white in the foreground color.
10. Paint over a section of the face as shown in Figure 8.
11. Open the muscle photo and drag it to the human face photo same as in step 5.
12. Lower Opacity and align the muscles to the face as shown in figure 9.
13. Repeat step 8-10 as shown inFigure 10.
14. Change your mode to painting and change your brushes to Natural Brushes as shown in Figure 11 and 12.
15. Select the skull mask layer and select the 29 brush. No spacing. Feather the mask layer slightly and brush it around to fade skin and skull as shown in Figure 13 and 14.
16. Repeat step 15 on the muscle mask layer.
17. All done, edit as you please.
